Project  Management

SpaceSys can provide an extended support to Aerospace Companies, Public Institutions and Research Centers that may lack the basic experience and resources to run a Project Office .   Project Office tasks might include one or more of the following :

- system analyses and continuous monitoring of the adherence of the Project to the Customer Requirements, with the timely identification of potential discrepances and intervention areas;

- Management of the System Engineering Management Plan;

- Project progress tracking and replanning through Project schedule updates;

- tracking of the costs incurred and monitoring of the coherence between costs incurred and Project progress;

- supervision of the Quality Control activities to verify the coherence with the Customer-approved Quality Assurance Plan;

- manage / supervise the  identification / selection of test facilities in line with the Customer-approved test AIV/AIT  plan;
